We have planned maintenance for our Online Banking and Mobile App scheduled during the upcoming weekend of May 3rd.
While we have worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition, there will be a brief period from Friday, May 3 at 5:00 pm to Monday, May 6 at 8:00 am when you will be unable to fully utilize your accounts.
Please read the information below that pertains to you.
Commercial Online Banking customers:
During this window, Tennessee Bank & Trust’s Commercial Online Banking and Mobile App will be unavailable for use. This means you will not be able to view your account or complete other actions, including originating ACH or Wire Transfers during this time. All pending/scheduled payments will be paid normally.
Personal Online Banking customers:
During this window, Tennessee Bank & Trust’s Personal Online Banking and Mobile App will be in “inquiry-only” mode. This means that customers will have access to view existing account balances and history. However, Bill Pay, and Internal Account Transfers will not be functioning during this time. All pending/scheduled payments will be paid normally.
Customers Utilizing Quicken or Quickbooks:
Downloads from your account and Direct Connect Access will not be available during this time. On Monday, you may be required to re-connect your TB&T account through Quicken or Quickbooks.
If you are planning to utilize Online Banking features, including Online or Mobile Bill Pay, during this weekend, please plan accordingly around this maintenance timeframe. Full access will be restored Monday, May 6, and customers may access their accounts via online banking as usual. If you have any questions, please contact your banker at 615-298-8000 (Green Hills) or 615-771-7802 (Cool Springs).
Please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. These updates will help us meet our long-term growth strategies and enhance our system. We thank you for your patience.
