Tennessee Bank & Trust Adds Four New Vice Presidents, Strengthens Senior Team with Banking Industry Veterans

Latest appointments in a series of recent hires for the community bank

Nashville, Tenn. (February 13, 2020) – Tennessee Bank & Trust, a full-service bank servicing individuals and businesses in Middle Tennessee, today announced the addition of four banking industry veterans to its team to drive the strategy for long-term sustainable growth. These hires include:

Melinda Pulliam as senior vice president, retail sales manager
Rossana Raucoules as vice president, compliance and CRA officer
Andrea McNally as vice president, senior project manager
Jesse Eddy as vice president of accounting

Joining as senior vice president, retail sales manager, Melinda Pulliam brings two decades of expertise in customer service, sales and marketing to her new role at Tennessee Bank & Trust. Previously, she spent nearly a decade with FirstBank, and most recently CapStar Bank, where she managed a team of 21 associates and five office locations. She will focus primarily on deposit growth and business development opportunities for the retail team. Pulliam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wright State University in Ohio.

Rossana Raucoules joins the bank as vice president, compliance and CRA officer. With more than 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving in the same role at CapStar Bank, Raucoules will ensure Tennessee Bank & Trust’s policies and procedures are in place to maintain compliance with federal regulations and state laws. In addition, she will fill an important role of leading the bank’s community development and reinvestment efforts. Raucoules holds a Certified Regulatory Manager Certification (CRCM) and a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Maryland – College Park.

Tennessee Bank & Trust has also added Andrea McNally as vice president, senior project manager. McNally spent the last 15 years with Reliant Bank where she held various positions in deposit operations, electronic banking and treasury management. In her role as senior project manager at Tennessee Bank & Trust, she will establish and lead company-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives to create operational efficiencies and improve customer experience. McNally attended the TBA Southeastern Banking School and Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Lastly, Jesse Eddy joins the firm as vice president of accounting and will manage and monitor large project or processes within the accounting function. Prior to joining Tennessee Bank & Trust, Eddy served as assistant controller at FirstBank. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Middle Tennessee State University and is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
